The Inogen G4 is a wonderful product that has helped me to continue my walking program. However, it doesn't quite meet my oxygen needs. When I told the sales rep a week before my trial date would expire that I would like to try the G6 instead, she has "ghosted" me and will not respond to messages.

I worked with Frank who was very friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He kept me advised of the status of my order. So far I am happy with the performance of the Inogen although I have had 2 instances of the machine shutting off and giving me an error message. It has not happened recently. It is much easier and lighter to carry than a tank. It will make travel easier.

I purchased a G4 in December 2019 for my husband. Until about October,2021, we had no problems. Due to a fall, the case was damaged and a “new” unit was sent. Since then, his unit has been replaced about every two to three months due to various equipment failures. Inogen is quick to replace the unit, usually overnight. However, the inconvenience is substantial. I worry constantly that the unit will fail again. What if we are away from home and can’t get oxygen tanks!? He depends on oxygen to sustain his life I don’t know how this problem can be permanently resolved. The unit is handled carefully and according to the Inogen instructions. The Inogen quality has declined significantly.
