Was waiting several weeks for my machine to arrive. I called to listen to the instructions on setting it up. It worked fine. But as soon as I turned it on my heart broke. Oh I’m keeping it but it just isn’t what I was expecting. It’s not quiet, just the opposite it makes this irritating sound. I just won’t be using it at night, and it is heavier than advertised.

My new Inogen provided the oxygen my body needed for my 3 week vacation in the Philippines and flight both directions. I'm happily glad that it surprises how well it worked. I will recommend this machine.

I ordered wrong backpack accessory because it was the only one I saw on the website. Therefore, I assumed it would fit my unit it didn’t then I went back to the website went further further further further into it and saw a smaller one so I called wanting to return it and get the other one and I was told no. All sales are final.
