I purchased a inogen model #4 in march and it is working wonderful. It is light weight easy to operate especially when I fly which is often. Support from the factory has been excellent. Very happy !!!!

The worst customer service!!! I have a rep who is great if I can ever get her. I've left telephone msgs., emails and still not reply. Everything is set for my account including payment and I've been waiting for a return call to a simple question. Also, the music when you're on hold is the worst!

Taking with Amy. She was professional but still I felt like she connected with me emotionally. I have been looking for 3 years for a machine for each of my sons and she helped me work through the barriers that the medical staff seemed to be throwing. We now have some trips planned that include airplanes.

I appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the person I dealt with when placing the initial order. I enjoy the limited freedom my Inogen allows. However, I was told I would have 5-6 hours use on a fully charged battery. That is not the case. Fully charged it last 3 hours. I would purchase an extra battery if it were not for the outrageous cost! I enjoy going to zoos, museums and other places with my friends and family. Three hours of oxygen is not enough.

The battery sucks doesn't hold up for very long. And the car charger had a lighter plug on it, New autos don't have ligheter in them USB plugs.If you go fishing do't plan on even a half a day
