We are pleased with my mom's Inogen! It was easy to set up and has made trips outside the home much easier. Have had very pleasant experiences with all the customer service reps as well. The first portable unit we received was defective and a new unit was expedited to us. Have already been shipped plenty of extra hoses and supplies. Thank you for being on top of things!

Absolutely love it I have freedom like before I had makes going for a walk eezy peezy

I love my Inogen because I can go play golf and put it in the golf cart and have a lot of fun. I was tired to my condo and now we go lots of places because I can take my Inogen and I take it to the restaurant several restaurants and anywhere we go and it lets me have a feeling of freedom again.!

Device is not the one I was told I would ger. They gave me a 3 when promised a 5. Can't seem to match breathing with how it works.

No issues. So much quieter than the previous one we had. The agent we spoke with was helpful and got us a concentrator that met our needs.

Took me a while to get used to the pulse system. It seems close to normal now I use it whenever I leave the house. It's lasted me for several years so it's a reliable unit. I look at it as a life saver!! I do think that Inogen should make a statement that says the pulse units will take some getting used to. It took me about 2 weeks. They should also correct the volume statements on the noise. It really is low. I use it in church and everyone is used to it by now. But overall my pump has ran for several years without an issue. I'm very happy with mine.

the individual I had contact with was your salesperson Dionne Chambers. She was always there for my questions and concerns! She would check with me regularly to see if I had any needs. She was never pushy, but always courteous and professional. I truly believe she cares about helping people come to a decision! thank you Dionne and, no we are not related. Haha!
