The Customer Care representative was friendly and helpful
The Customer Care representative was friendly and helpful but she hit a stone wall trying ti connect me with a supervisor to resolve an issue. Inogen is better at selling than maintaining.

Good concentrator lousy customer service
While the oxygen concentrator has been great for my mother.Trying to order the cylinder for the Ionian was horrible.Staff unprofessional nasty and seemed to be handicapped on what they can do for customers!

It’s works well until it doesn’t
It’s works well until it doesn’t. The manual does not address important information regarding keeping the machine operational. No where in the manual does it tell you that you need to change the internal filter (next to the columns) every 3 months. Nor does the manual tell you have to change the filter under the canula connector. I guess they just want you to buy a new one. But after not being able to find how to fix my inogen one g5 via the manual … I went on google and found out how to fix it. I had to order a special tool, filters of different shapes for different parts of the machine internally. These steps should be in the manual. It’s stinks for not putting that info in the handbook. It’s negligence. Other than that bs the machine has been a good help for me to keep moving about my day.
