Back on December 17th I posted a review of Inogen Oxygen and received a reply from them asking me to call a number to try to figure out a solution to my problem. I called the number I was given and was told my problem was being sent up the line and someone would be emailing me within 24 hours. Today is December 30th and no email has been received from them. Why am I not surprised?

My sister has experienced the worst situation with her equip from this company. They sent her larger machine & more expensive than she ordered. No one's has helped to rectify this. She has gotten nothing except empty promises. Worst case of preying on the elderly.

I would give zero stars if I could. The first machine worked great for several months but then it quit working. That’s fine, I get it. Technology isn’t perfect. But ever since then they’ve sent nothing but horrible refurbished dirty machines that break down in days. Been through at least 20 machines in the last couple of months. All I want is my money back so I can get a different machine with a different company because I can’t keep going without oxygen, and they refuse. I can’t afford another machine let alone a lawyer to try to get my money back so I’m just stuck without oxygen for days at a time every single week. Do not go with this company. You’re life may depend on it.

Do Not use this company. You WILL be left without Oxygen. After tons of past service issues, i know it usually takes a few days to get a new machine. Ive had many issues and been patient. This time my machine died Nov 20. On Nov 29th still no new/working machine, customer service says sending overnight, it will be there Monday at the latest. Monday Dec 1st, 12 days with no home oxygen, they tell me my account is closed, no machine was ever sent but NOW they figured out where they made the mistake and my machine will be sent within the next 3 days..If I had gone to ER as Dr. Instructed I would have over a $10,000 medical bill due to them..Instead im on a portable machine teetering at 89/90 O2 levels for almost 2 weeks now..Im reporting to FTC and working with my Dr to get away from this company ASAP

Have had my G3 for two weeks now. I am on my fourth machine I've been lied to blown off by management frustrated and cheated misled no help and I could go on and on. The machine is a good little machine when it works unfortunately it breaks after 1 or 2 days of use. I live in Denver and the Inogen management here is useless. The sales rep has at least tried to help me remedy my problems not much he can do but try to get me another machine. The main helpline number those people are really helpful they will get out a new machine ASAP. Bottom line is don't put yourself in my situation BUY from someone else. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN AMERICA. They do not give a damn if you can breath just make sure you pay us before we send you are crappy machine. Update 12/21. Just received another machine this makes 5 now still no help at all from management. Maybe they will get me a machine that works before I pass away, but I have my doubts.

My mom has had nothing but trouble in the 8 months she’s been a customer. Her inogen home model broke twice and her portable broke once. Their customer service is THE WORST. Her replacement machine was supposed to be overnighted and when we called after not receiving it the following day we were told it hadn’t shipped out yet. This was a Saturday, meaning it wouldn’t ship until Monday. I talked to three different customer service reps...all three lied to me and gave me false information, including this gem “I don’t have a supervisor” after I asked to speak to the manager. They don’t care at all about their patients. Save your money and buy something else. Don’t risk not being able to breathe. These jokers won’t help. They’ll just take your money.
