This is an excellent product. My one complaint would be that the larger battery unit is a tad too heavy to carry as you complete anything that takes additional time. Also, the customer should be informed that an exterior charger would be a good additional purchase or you could possibly include it in your package price.I believe this would be needed sooner than later. One last item would be that since I have the large unit in my bedroom it is rather noisy. Of course, I don't know that you could fix that specific issue.

My husband passed away in Jan. and I called to see if you would take back at half price and you said no he only used it 3 times it's still in the same box that it came in. I have no idea what to do with it I out 4000.00 for something I'll never us. Please let me know how I can get some of my money back. Thank you Arlene Fechner

Excellent machine, old HUGE unit would only go for about 1 to maybe 1-1/2 hours on 4 liters. But the G5 Inogen unit runs 5 hours at 4 liters. It will run 8 hours on 2 liters and very small and easy to carry. I love it, expensive but designed very well. Wayne

My Inogen has been a life saver!! It gave me back my freedom. I was unable to use the one my insurance provided because it was way too heavy. I do wish they had a better carrying option for them. Maybe a small purse. The shoulder bag doesn’t have pockets for other things and the fanny pack is way too big for a 5’ 110 lb woman.

I was told by my doctor that I should get on part time oxygen. He looked at a brochure he had gotten from a visiting sales person and suggested I call her. I did and ended up getting a inogen one . the way I understood it I had to buy the machine through care credit and the submit the invoice to Fed Blue Cross and that the company was a participating provider and in my network so I did what i was supposed to to the tune of nearly $3,000.00. I had to send in a $100.00 payment to start everything and when it arrived I sent in the Dr.s letter and the invoice and all the paperwork. The insurance paid their allowable amount and I put that with my co-pay. I sent the approximately $771. plus a bit extra so it would be $800.00 total. I then notified the office I dealt with in Calif. I was informed that you dont issue refunds. I was told that the machine I bought was not the same one as the one they sent out for insurance. That machine was the one I chose because I wanted a lighter weight model and no one mentioned I would be on the hook for the approx. $2200.00 beyond the amount the insurance and the co-pay covers even though when I called the insurance company they called the headquarters to remind the Inogen signed a contract the supply the machines and take the allowable payment with co-pay as the total amount. Fed. Blue Cross was told same as me. I had also been told that the machines they sell for insurance purposes are the reconditioned older models. Not the new lightweight machine I ended up buying. I am filing complaints with the BBBs in Alaska, California, and Texas. I watched your adds on T.V. and believed the sales person and did as I was told I had to to get this oxygen machine and never once did I hear or see where I should have done things a different way so that my insurance and co-pay would have covered everything. All other network providers I have dealt with have refunded or written off the remaining amount. So no I am not a satisfied customer.

I really like my inogen. I can take a trip and don’t have to worry about hauling 8 or9 small tanks . It is really convenient.
