I Was So Happy To Be Getting My Light Weight Unit. Unfortunately I Feel I Was Rushed In Making A Decision On Product And Really Was Not Ask About My Oxygen Intake Being Continuously.The Unit I Got Was Pulse Regulated Which Is Not Doing The Best For Me.But After Paying 2000.00 Out Of Pocket For This Unit I Try To Use It At A Higher Pulse Rate. Only Problem Is Battery Dont Last As Long Doing This.I Feel 2000.00 Is Alot To Half To Pay For Something Under Any Circumstaces.

I'm 74 I've had this machine for over a year and it has been a life improvement that is hard to believe, my husband and I cut our own firewood, fall it, buck it, split it. We usually use about 4 to 5 cord a winter, this device has allowed me to continue to help him and feel like a part of our lives again. It was horrible not being able to walk very far, carry anything, help in any way. Now I"m one of the happiest women going. Thank you for my life back.

My Inogen One G5 is working great. I am on 6ltr. of O2. No other unit goes that high. So I'm very happy with it. What I wish you had was a waist belt for this unit. The shoulder strap is too much pressure on my neck. And the Backpack I bought from you is too big and bulky, and inconvienant. Please look into if one could be developed. It would be appreciated.

Overall i've had very few issues with my Inogen concentrator. It has served me well, allowing me to travel more freely.

My machine has been giving me some troubles, keeps saying to switch something, my husband does it all so I don't know but the strap broke off, those plastic clamps are cheap made and break easily.

My Inogen units have functioned perfectly from the fist day they arrived. I am currently using a G5.

I like the convenience of the smaller unit, however, I have a question. I can use the unit for about 20 minutes, then the yellow light comes on to check my nose piece. It hadn't changed positions since I put it on. So I turn it off. I wait a few minutes and turn it back on. No yellow light, until about 15 minutes later, and again it tells me to check the nose piece. This upsets me very much. Therefore, I'm unhappy with this machine.

The G5 unit is great - 5 stars. But the backpack stinks. Other than having a real pouch to put sweaters, lunches, etc., it is so inferior to the G3 backpack that it's pathetic: no waist strap, no way to re-charge the battery attached to the unit without taking the unit out of the backpack (the socket is on the back of the unit and there's no access to it from the back of the backpack!), AND the mesh is already tearing at the lower left corner so I'm going to be contacting you for a free replacement!
