great for traveling. so far not needed for exercise activities but may in future. I only use overnight when traveling but I have the option to use any time and it's mine!!!

I retired in 2019 and purchased the G5 unit with two extended life batteries a few days ago for my wife who has COPD, although she doesn't use Oxygen regularly I needed a good reliable unit to keep in our motorhome when we are traveling. The business development rep , Ricky K. was outstanding and we received the unit three days earlier than expected, I would rate the entire experience as a 5 out of 5

It has given me a new feeling of freedom that I did not have dragging that tank around.

I don’t know if my husband is getting full benefit because of lack of knowledge of the machine

Time is what my unit gives me : time to shop, read, travel, and visit with friends are just a few of the activities. Living with a minimum of encumbrance was my goal. Imogen takes me there.

I need to call - but the extra five hour battery we purchased is not working

My Inogen One, G 3 quit operating without warning and would not start on 31 December 2019. Customer Service could not solve the problem - - so I had to return my current Inogen (leaving me without any source of oxygen - - >> my problem.!! Thank You, Inogen and your "over night service" which did NOT work). I had to rent a replacement unit until the replacement Inogen arrived. All of this happened in the USA. Suppose I had been on travel out of country when my Inogen failed? Then WHAT? I hate to think of what may lie ahead with my Inogen.............

We as a family were extremely dissatisfied with the product. Almost Caused a near catastrophe, the unit ran very hot and stopped performing. We won’t chance it again .
