Have replaced G5 2x and battery 1x machine still shut its self off with least little bump ei; setting down , normal bump in the road with unit on floor, , bumping wall or hand rail, falling over on carpet, etc. G5 not worth the $2600 and the only three year warranty scares me too.my liquid system is bulky and heavy and short lived but at least its dependable,

Great device for traveling. Even used it a couple of times when power was out overnight.

I love 'mygenie'. That's my name for it. Genie came in the nick of time last year because of my husband's illness. We had to travel to another city for treatment. I just had her a week so I was on a learning trip also. I have learned during the year to depend on her more as I get out. The convenience, etc. I wish it had a setting at 2 1/2 for it goes from 2 to 3. Setting 3 is too much and setting 2 is sometimes not enough. (That's the reason for 4 stars). The speed that you got her here was great. I ordered her on a Tuesday and she was in my house by Friday. I was using her the next day after a good battery charge. My husband says thank you , also. I was told unit was broken when a beeping and a red light went on. It took over a week to get a replacement, and I could not get any information when I called customer service to find out when the new one would be shipped out. A couple of weeks later the same warning happened, but this time I rebooted the unit and it has been fine. It’s light and easy to take with you but your staff needs better training.

I love the convenience of the portable concentrator. I wish the carrying case had a pocket to put your chargers in though for easier transport when you need the wall charger during long doctor visits. Besides that the only issue I have had with my machine is that it always says low oxygen and I am always having to turn the machine off then back on to reset it. Not sure why it does this.

I love the freedom that you get ,even though it is a bit pricey, it seems to have a better quality than other machines. Sheila Clark
