Not as quiet as lead to believe. Will have to take the tank type oxygen to my grandson's wedding as the inogen machine would disrupt the entire ceremony. Due to the cost of the inogen a separate battery charger should have been included. Charging around $200 for the battery charger without being in the machine is definitely overcharging.

My Mother ordered this machine and she was in the hospital when it came. She passed away Thursday. I have been trying to get an RMA number Rick told me about . Rick sold the $3000 machine to my Mother. He told me he would call me with the RMA number last week. He has not called. I need to return this machine. The box has never been opened. I just keep getting transferred and no one answers or calls me back. Finally Customer Service answered and is giving me the RMA number to return this machine. This woman was very nice and gave me the info I needed.....why couldn't the other 100 people I talked to give the info to me?? I am not very happy with the return process with this company, they only caused me more grief since my Mother passed away last week.

I bought the unit because it advertised 6 liter flow. I found that the unit runs to hot at this flow and the battery life is to short to make it usable for more than a couple hours. I would like to return it.

I have a portable Inogen unit which I am very happy with. It's the concentrator I'm very unhappy with. This is the 2nd unit I've been sent and this one rattles almost constantly...enough to keep me awake at night when I NEED the oxygen. I either need a different unit or you guys get BAD publicity

i find this the easiest to use I travel to doctors often plugs into car when I get there un plug and ready go

Love the portability of it. So much easier than carting around a tank. Heavier than I thought and too loud to use in certain circumstances. Especially in church or my grandsons spelling bee. I’m on 3 at home on my concentrator but since my inogen is not continuous I sometimes need it on 4 or 5, then my batteries go quick.

It takes some getting used to all the beeps , etc, especially the "system error" but I discovered how to handle it. It is a Godsend--I can't imagine wrestling with the O2 tanks!!

I have recently had to use the “3” setting on my Inogen One G-4. This seriously reduces the available time when using batteries. I also have a G-3, which has larger batteries.
