I really am happy to have my inogen.Helps me get out of house when i want fill all will fill same way.

it is heavy loud and had it replaced twice already i use a concentrator in the home which is steady flow the portable is not i spent a lot of money for the machine which does not seem to work for me but without i have to take tanks which are no fun and i know that this review won't get posted thank you steve

My brother is very satisfied and pleased with the portable plug-in concentrator. I got this machine for my brother who is 81 with COPD he said it’s much lighter the charging time is quicker and he couldn’t be more pleased. The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful and was a joy to work with her. Thank you very much

Like the new machine. At level 4 not much battery, so we are trying 3 and seems to give lot more life. Size is great.

I was so tired of lugging around bottles I bought an Inogen. It was the best investment I've ever made! It's so easy just to carry it with you works great. As of now it is worth the investment great machine! I bought the G5 with large batteries. Each battery last all day!

I love my Inogen 5. It literally saved me. However the salesperson did a bait and switch making what I thought I owed $904 and surprise, I get a bill for $2856 from Synorgy Bank. When I called sales back I was told I agreed to a lifetime warranty. No I didn’t. Then he said he relistened to our conversation. I requested a copy. Nope. I never filled out an application for credit. I never got an invoice from Inogen. Trying to talk to anyone from either the bank or you is impossible. They make promises that aren’t kept. So because you both were fraudulent my money will be held in escrow. Until I get a copy of my signed application and my invoice my money will be in my bank, not yours. If need be I will send you the unit back and get one from a local medical supply store. Rant done.

Received my G4 in January have had nothing but trouble with it notified of problem in February about error reading, now forward to July columns have to be changed, really sold me a lemon or refurbished, cannot recommend.

Much better than dragging oxygen tans around.
