The Inogen At Home System and Inogen G5 are great! Both have made my recovery from bilateral pulmonary embolisms easier. I don't know what I would have done without the units. I was pleased with my purchase.

the Inogen is small, easy to set up and batteries are easy to change. My father is legally blind, and use of the Inogen must be easy. He has not negative complaints, and states that the Inogen delivers oxygen easily when oxygen is needed.

This device wouldn't work for my father due to his oxygen level requirements. We tried returning the device and was told that if we contacted them by a future date, that they would honor our return. When I notified them again that I wanted to return it, I was told that they would send me a return authorization, which I never received. This being after I was told that they couldn't use the unit again if we returned it, so they really tried to convince me to keep it. Long story short, I wasn't able to return the device that my elderly Dad purchased for over $3,000.00, so that money is gone. These reps were very helpful and concerning when we were trying to purchase, but calls were unreturned and the return authorization was never sent to return the unit and no calls were returned. Very disappointing in the company, but it was a great device, it just wasn't sufficient for my Dad.

the inogen is much heaver than advertised. It is not that quite it makes too much noise with in church. also the backpack is hard to get on. It also has holes is the netting on the bottom where the unit sits. I think you should replace it for me.

My husband died July 3rd. He never got to leave the house with his machine, so I cannot give it a review. Thank you.

I could not be happier with my Inogen!

I love everything about my new concentrator except the bag that carries it---it should have a zipper or snap at the bottom to remove the battery --would be way easier to change batteries that way.

I have had my Inogen for about 6 months now. It was ver quiet to begin with but not so now. Have thought about sending it in because I bought a lifetime guarantee. Come to find out I would be charged a minimum of $200 just to have it checked. After paying over $3000. for machine, I feel that is unreasonable.
