I am very thankful that I decided to buy the Inogen 5, although not on full time oxygen yet I take it with me as it gives me great comfort to be able to do the things I need to do without worrying that my oxygen levels become too low. It is compact, seemingly light weight, extremely easy to operate and very well made. The service I received from my Sales person, Johnathan Molek, was outstanding and a genuine, caring person. I would definitely recommend this product and company to everyone..

I haven't had to use it much since I got it. But the times I did it was great. Being able to move about and be with friends and family is very important to me and my portable concentrator helps me do that.

Love the Inogen 5, but now wish I had gotten the Inogen 4. This is a great unit, however, the weight cumbersome for me. I regret I did not realize I could not exchange within five months with less that 2000 hours use.

The unit is absolutely excellent in every way; however, for anyone attempting to contact customer service - good luck. Without a doubt, the customer service provided by the company is the absolute worst I have ever encountered with my multiple contacts/interactions (and yes, with many different individuals). Don't let that deter you from purchasing the unit - it is absolutely the best portable unit.

I like the fact that this machine gave me back my portability. The down side I have found is the weight. With the double battery it is much heavier than I expected and to use the single battery would bring me right back to having to charge every few hours instead of spending the day out and about. That said it works well and has made a difference in how I spend my day. I can go back to saying yes to invites etc. (that is of course once this pandemic is over) The deal I got from the company was great and the customer service is very helpful.

I am really enjoying my Inogen unit and the ease of using it. My purchase experience was one of the best I've encountered when contacting a business by phone to get more information and place an order. The representative was very helpful, very professional, which I appreciated, My Inogen was delivered when promised. The second day I used it, I was disappointed to see "Replace Columns" on the display and then several minutes later, "Oxygen Low". I called customer service. They were also very helpful and very professional and sent new columns right away. I've had my Inogen One G4 for a little over three months and use it frequently and am very happy with it. I like that it is light weight and quiet enough that I can take it to medical appointments and a meeting with ease and that I can charge the battery in my vehicle. I've also enjoyed using it for short walks outdoors and indoor chores where managing the tubing from the main concentrator isn't easy. For instance, the Inogen can ride on my vacuum cleaner just fine. Because of COVID restrictions, I've yet to try it out for shopping; but based on my experience so far, I'm certain that will also be much more pleasant than using the portable tank was.
