Only for the rich. Columns only last one year and cost me $108. Battery lasted one year with using it only occasionally (I have large one.for home use 24/7. Battery cost almost $400 with shipping. I’m on social Security and Medicare doesn’t pay for this. I wish I had gone some where else besides Inogen.

Wrote a bad review of Inogen, they replied for me to contact them. The only number they gave me was regular customer service, and when I explained to the rep she said she didn't know what to do and she couldn't help me. Fast forward a month - still getting bills for unreturned equipment that was returned months ago. Called CS and explained the invoice issue --three different reps SPECIFICALLY told me they had corrected it in the system. More bille, more calls - now a rep told me today that no reps can fix anything, there's just an automated system that checks to see if the equipment has been returned ( the rep said he could see everything had been returned months ago) but I just have to wait for the billing system to catch up. Really, 5 months and the system is still not updated? How many people are paying incorrect bills while Inogen continues to bill medicare for the same service. I asked for a supervisor and was told that the rep worked from home and I could expect a supervisor to call me in a couple of days!???Really? This time I was not offered to take a CS satisfaction survey -- no wonder. If their systems are this bad, and the service is this bad - Medicare needs to investigate --- I consider this fraud. Inogen is a nightmare to work with at every level.

GOT A BRAND NEW INOGEN G5 TODAY. WASTE OF $2,400.00. PULSE TECHNOLOGY IS A JOKE. BATTERY LASTED UNDER 5 HOURS. WOKE UP STRUGGLING TO BREATHE, FORTUNATELY STILL HAD MY $ 100.00 A MONTH IN ELECTRICITY CONCENTRATOR, SO THAT SAVED ME. I'LL GIVE IT A WEEK, BUT IF THINGS DON'T CHANGE IT IS GOING BACK.

My Dad was in need of Home Oxgyen Therapy. We contacted Inogen One; our Service Coordinator, Tara was a godsend! She was professional, compassionate and and resourceful. She assisted us in navigating the insurance maze and coordinating services with the Physician. Amid this Pandemic of COVID-19, and home oxygen shortages, we knew this was an essential purchase. We purchased the portable and At Home Units which more than meet Dad’s needs. The Inogene One’s sleek design, light-weight and energy conserving features, are a real plus! Delivery was as promised and we are very pleased with our purchase. Dad’s saturation’s are improved, and so has his quality of life, Thank you, Inogen One!

I originally bought a Philips Respironics unit. We traveled to Indiana for my mother's funeral and the unit quit working. After getting back home it took me almost a week to find someone to fix it. Phillips told me that they had no maintenance section. I ended up out the $2,500 original cost plus $700 for repairs. Got the unit back and it still did not work. Found an ad from Inogen made the call and spoke to Tom. He walked me through the whole process. The unit is fantastic the company has been great and Tom has made the whole process easy. I love the unit, use it every day. I plan to stay with Inogen and recommend them with no hesitation.

I have had 5 Inogen 1 g3's in 2 yrs something always going wrong with them now the one I have just shut down no reason on the display just shut off will not turn back on and of course on the weekend when who I rent it off of is closed frustrated and starving for oxygen.

We purchased the Inogen G5 for my 86 year old Mother In Law. It works quite well, but she is just barely strong enough to carry it. We are looking for a suitable handcart to see if that helps. The device itself, however, is fantastic. It lasts more than twice as long as one of her travel tanks on just one battery.

I love my inogen. Due to shoulder problems I have trouble carrying an oxygen tank. I can attach my inogen to my walker and go anywhere I want to. It keeps me breathing smoothly. Thank you Inogen.
