I love the Freedom to go without having to roll a Tank with me or to have a drop in my SpO2 because I didn't take one with me. I'm on it most of the Time. I still have to sleep with a Mask, though, since I don't inhale through my Nose, which means that I have to keep the Insurance provided House Unit. But I'm able to get my 15K or more FitBit Steps every Day. Some of which are outside, most are inside at present due to COVID.

This company sends me illegal emails every day, violating the CAN-SPAM act laws. They engage daily with a criminal enterprise and turn a blind eye to federal regulations to increase sales. The law is clear; they are responsible for monitoring companies they hire to manage their marketing. They send "commercial content" daily from a different email address every time, so one cannot block the unwanted spam. I do not trust companies who use illegal and unethical ad tactics. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy - frankly, the ad company they are using is my worst enemy as I get about 30 of these SPAM emails a day. It's a shame they result in illegal and unethical tactics, and they engage with a criminal enterprise to increase business - one must question the companies moral culture. Each violation has a $43,280 penalty per the FCC CAN-SPAM Rule. I am sending a copy of this SPAM to the FCC SPAM enforcement team. I will post this and other similar messages on Trust Pilot every time I get these emails to lower your Trust score. Every interaction I have with your company, I will post another.

These people are sending multiple emails per day. When I called them, they routed me around the company, but nobody knew how to stop the emails. One said to click the link at the bottom of the email. I know that is just an easy way for them to verify mine are good addresses. Any other suggestions on how to stop them? The last one was rude and disconnected me.

My wife required the Inogen portable unit for use in our car on daily trips for dialysis treatments. The unit was perfect for her needs. But,unfortunately, she passed away a few days ago.. Accolades to the Inogen sales rep who guided me through the purchase process providing all the information I needed and offering advise for setup which was a big help. You folks were there for us when we needed someone to turn to. Thanks and God bless! Hank Gale

Purchased new g5 unit direct from Inogen. Used it for several weeks. Oxygen output was very good. Problem was heat output out of vent was very hot, beyond normal. Very difficult getting a company service reply. Returned unit, cost $100 to ship. Did ask status of unit. They did not reply about details of defective unit. After numerous phone calls to multiple departments, they refunded the cost less $100. It may cost more, but it may better to try a unit available locally...Bennettson

I talked to Inogen and paid over $3,000 for a O2 machine for my father and a lifetime warranty. They sent us a refurbished machine that made a horrible rattling noise and the concentrator was all scratched up and dented. We also had waited a week to get the machine, received the machine on a Friday and couldn't use it. Had to call them back after the Holiday weekend, they admitted they purposely sent us a refurbished machine. Inspect your machine properly, never trust what they give you.

I live in a nursing home and purchased an Inogen in Aug. 2019. After 2 months, the columns went bad so they sent me replacements. In February 2020, the columns went out again and Inogen said they would replace the machine as it was obviously defective. They did not replace the batteries as I had purchased two four hour batteries originally. When the pandemic hit and we were pretty much quarantined in our rooms, the machine was not used that often since I have a large concentrator in my room. However, I started to notice that the batteries were draining rapidly when I used it. I called them back and was told my machine was now out of warranty and they priced a battery for me which I could not afford. So in essence they told me the machine would need to have a constant 100 % charge or a new battery. So I spent 3000.00 for a machine I used barely a year. Buyer Beware ! Think long and hard before you purchase a machine from this company. I'm convinced that the so called replacement machine they sent was one someone returned to them and was clearly defective. Don't lose your money like I did.

I purchased the Inogen One G5. I have severe allergies, asthma, and COPD, and it got to the point that I literally couldn't step outside into the heat and humidity and take a breath. That changed with my Inogen unit! I can now not only step outside and breathe, I can actually sit outside and enjoy nature again, something I couldn't do before the G5. My G5 allows me to be able to get out and drive again, go shopping, etc. All of the things that my health conditions robbed me of, the Inogen One G5 restored! I can't recommend Inogen products highly enough.
