My unit is fine, but I wish the carry bag was as nice as the one being shown in the advertisements now. It looks to be much more sturdy than the mesh one. Will this style be available for purchase soon?

Inogen G6 very compact and light machine. Not very loud and easy to operate and carry around. Only drawback I see is that the batterys drain to fast when not in use, which could use big improvement. It is understandable that flow settings determines the battery life when in use. I highly recommend this machine based on my short experience.

I like the freedom I get with the Inogen. I just have to be careful to watch the battery life while traveling.

great machine--the only complaint i have is that the medicade and advantage plans only pays little (like 20%) i have heard of Inogen stepping up and assisting in getting full payment from insurance/medicare-i was not offered that option--but the machine is worth the expense-- Bob Gillis

I love the small size, however, I could not use it after my Covid pneumonia because it didn't give me enough oxygen.

As per other reviewers, multiple e-mails being sent which I never subscribed for. Despite many attempts to unsubscribe using the Unsubscribe feature in the e-mail, this is being ignored or unmanned. This would tell me this company is about sales and no service and would treat with caution. I will continue to upload a similar review here each time you spam e-mail me until you do the right thing and remove my e-mail address from your records. I encourage others to do the same

I have been an Inogen customer for at least five years.The company has changed and not for the better.Customer service is no help.I know I need a new unit mine has stopped working.They used to send out a new one if you needed it.I never got an answer to getting a new one.I got disconnected from customer service.They didn't bother calling me back.I have just ordered a new one from another company.I will never recommend Inogen.
