No problem or complaints just observation=little heavy

The G5 unit is fine as designed. I'd prefer a unit with a further developed extended battery life. l

Love the unit but you don't disclose multiple negatives. There is no "risk free trial" since customer must pay in full & watch calendar for 30 days. Your advertising SOUNDS like it is 30 day FREE trial. You word ads that unit will operate on one battery for "up to" 2.7 hrs. Advert sounds like you definitely get 2.7 - not true, gets around 2.25, big diff. Unit will eat battery up to 30% if left on unit when idle. You don't disclose at all.

I have had my unit for about a month and really like the portability aspect. Before I'd have to carry multi tanks with me if I was going to be away from home for longer than 4 hours. It took some getting used to the sound that it makes, but now it doesn't bother me.

Really enjoy the freedom of outdoor activities with my G4.

I love that my concentrator has let me get out and enjoy life more. I wish when ordering, you would give the option of a backpack instead of the carrying bag. The bag makes it feel much heavier. The backpack is much more comfortable for me. The nasal cannula is much more comfortable than the one that came with my home concentrator. I feel the hose is a good length for a portable unit. Overall, I am happy with my purchase

The best thing about the Inogen system is that it allows a person to have Oxygen for a day with the large batteries, Its light to pack around, I am running my Inogen at 2 liters.Extremely Happy.
