The equipment worked perfectly at a time that I desperately needed it. Your sales person Kendal Bohnsack was instrumental in ensuring I had the G-5, helping to coordinate the prescription with my doctor. Our insurance company is still evaluating the claim, but I wasn’t going to be released from the hospital without oxygen. This was my ticket to release.

I purchased the Inogen 5 after finding the portable concentrator provided by my insurance company just wasn't doing the job. What a difference!! The Inogen 5 has provided me with the mobility I was hoping for and out performs the insurance provided unit by far. Very happy I made this purchase.

I have an Inogen G5. I spent many hours investigating other products and made my decision, then I remembered a friend who uses a POC. This reinforced my decision as he also uses a G5 I'm so glad that he was enthusiastic about his. This unit is so convenient its it's small lightweight recharges quickly. If you have ever pulled a dolly with an oxygen tank this unit almost returns you to a normal life. It's not cheap but the freedom is well worth the money!

I love the portability of the unit. The unit is incredibly noisy. I find it hard to sleep when my husband is using it and even he says it wakes him in the middle of the night sometimes. Please also note the alarm feature is very sensitive.

The biggest selling point about Inogen vs our local medical supply place who supplies Inogen is that we had a 1800 # and that rep was very responsive to our questions. He inquired about our needs and made a recommendation as to which Inogen would be best. He helped us obtain the doctors order and we had our Inogen in 3 days. The local supply place was not able to order for weeks due to their supplier. The machine works as we expected it would. We like it because is is a quieter concentrator and fits our needs perfectly.
