I struggled with the cost of the G5 but finally decided to take the leap and am so happy that I did. Having my Inogen has made going out (mainly to church, restaurants and friends’ homes) so much more comfortable for me. No more fighting with the portable oxygen tanks trying to hook it up; no more not knowing how much oxygen I had remaining. My Inogen is always ready to go with the push of a button. Thank you, Frank, for being the absolute best customer service rep I have ever dealt with.

Longer lasting, improved oxygenation and increased comfort level

Quiet, light weight and makes breathing so much better. Well worth the cost.

I really love my unit..I'm currently on 4 liters of oxygen and the G5 that I purchased goes all of the way up to 6 liters so I'm good to go for a while I bought 3 large batteries and just one one battery lasts for hours so I don't have to worry about my time out.

I was sent home from the hospital with supplemental 02, I didn't need it after a few days, so I had the provider pick it up. I like the sense of security I have with the Inogen unit. I exercise the unit every few days to keep it usable.

We thought we might need a portable oxygen immediately. We called, the breathing specialist was most helpful with concrete information, not a sales pitch. 72 hours later we had a unit up and running (shipped from California to Pennsylvania). Outstanding service. And we did need exactly this type of unit that quickly.

Being so lightweight I use it so much more than the heavy rental unit. So far I have no complaints.

This is absolutely the WORST company I have EVER worked with!!! I have to call customer service several times before I can reach a resolution for my issues! I call and get hung up on and 9 times out of 10 they never do what they say they are going to do! They never ship the items I order on the the first call, I always have to call them back at least twice to get the products or request item pick ups! Customer service is AWFUL!!! Beware and do not use this company!!!
