Love my Inogen. Would have given 5 stars, but at 18 lbs it is still too heavy for me. Suggestion---maybe could add a couple of wheels in the back along with a telescoping handle. Would make moving The home concentrator so much easier. Other than that I love this machine.

I am extremely happy with my Inogen. It has freed me up to go more places without carrying a heavy tank. I like the rechargeable batteries . Thank you for a wonderful product.

First of all I want to compliment JOSH who took his time telling me and telling me again on several phone calls so that it penetrated my brain. He is Patient and Kind. He also talked to my daughter and explained everything to her because she and her brother bought the Inogen5 for me! I am blessed for sure! I was then offered, from a friend of my son and daughter in love, a perfect cart that holds the unit. I have a bungee cord plus the strap it came with to hold it well. The cart has a few pockets so I can leave my purse at home!! I am very happy with the Inogen and have commented on Facebook ads! I'm hoping I never have to send it in for repair as I don't want to just stay home with my large oxygenator. Renting a tank can get expensive. I hope this will make you pleased as I am!!---Diana Norton

Inogen is very compact and can be handled with ease due to the supportive handle and straps. I use a walker. I do wish the two battery model was lighter. It is easy to recharge and extend the 6 hours while sitting and reading. I found the instructions easy to read and get started on my own. The screen is convenient to access and the beeping alarm is helpful.
