Inogen home works great. Way smaller, lighter and more stylish than the unit we lease. Thought it would be quieter but it's not intrusive by any means. There is a thunk after each pulse that was noticeable at night. Still we are very satisfied with this unit. I purchased a small, inexpensive luggage cart with extendable handle and a bungee web to secure it. This makes it super easy to move around the house. My wife loves her new Inogen Home!

I use this for O2 at night with CPAP. Because it delivers up to 5 L/m and a CPAP user does not/cannot use pulse therapy, I wanted a continuous unit only and one that could be used for travel. The Inogen-at-Home is the lightest stationary unit on the market and perfect for my needs

The concentrator is great. It works as advertised. The customer service is horrible. When you first inquire about it, they call your house and email daily to make a sale. They tell you as part of the sale that they will work with your insurance company. After you agree to buy and give them your insurance info they say we only deal with Medicare. When asked for ID numbers, addresses, phone numbers, diagnostic and product codes to bill my insurance myself they reply with an email link for customer testimonials and stock options of the company. I still do not have the info needed to bill my insurance,

Inogen gave back freedom, no hose to limit me now! My only negative is the weight of the unit.
