I have only had the unit for a short period and have used it twice. I would like to see the battery life on higher settings last longer. I have a double battery but only last 5 hours on the 3 setting. All in all the times I have used it the unit has worked satisfactorily. I look forward to going out more now that I don't have to haul tanks.

Everything has been great, except for not getting the warranty card. (Which we still need.) Chris was exceptional; one of the best and most knowledgeable sales people I have ever worked with. Machine was delivered on time and had easy set up. Everything is functioning well and we are very happy with the service warranty. Please send me a warranty card. That would make my experience perfect!

Very courteous, and helpful

I was disappointed there were no instructions for use or a demonstration of how to use the machine. This was so different when I went on a chest compression device as someone came and fitted and explained use to me.

I am very pleased with my Inogen unit. It’s easy to use, move and carry. I am not reliant on a company for my oxygen. It’s clean, safe and always here.

I purchased an inogen G5 about a month or so a go, and I 70 years old and it's a little on the heavy side

My Inogen G5 is heavier than I anticipated. However I love the backpack which I attach to a small rolling hand truck. Controls are easy to operate.

Easy to carry around and long batter life
