I don't have to use air tanks unless we have power failure. This Inogen gives me lots of freedom.

I love the freedom that I have with this machine. The battery lasts for a very long time.

I love my Inogen. I feel it's a life saver. I take it in the car whenever I leave the house. It's easy to recharge the battery and have it ready for my next use of it. It's pretty much all pluses except for the weight, which for me, a female at age 85, is too heavy to carry on my should for very long. I wish it could be lighter.

I have been using the Inogen Brand equipment for several months now and find it to be very comfortable, efficient, and effective. I love it. Like a fool, I smoked heavily for more than 50 years. I got up one day and made the decision to quit. I did not just "cut back". I was ready to be done. That has been about one year ago and I have not picked up another cigarette yet and know that I never will.

The process of purchasing a refurbished unit was a long drawn out tedious task. It took a month of calling just to hunt down my sales girl. She never wanted to follow up with me or Dr. There really was no communication. Finally after my last attempt case was handled and order shipped a month late. Then it shows up with no shoulder strap. Pretty bad luck with this process.

I love it!!! Much more comfortable and easier to use than my previous machine. So much quieter and lighter.

The unit was all that we had expected, however, the person it was purchased for was never able to use it. Her condition worsened and she passed away within the month that it was purchased. I would recommend it for others, but don't wait too long to purchase it!!!

It's wonderful having the freedom to go places without having to worry about running out of oxygen. Easy to carry as a purse, and it's actually a few ounces lighter than the handbag I have been lugging around. I wish I could get a spare battery soon, as it would increase my feeling of security to have.
