I love the response time.when I needed a replacement it was the very next day.Also everyone I talked to were helpful and kind. Over all my inogen has been a lifesaver. Tho only problem I have no one been able to fix .my machines won't charge in my car. I have tried 2 chargers.I had my car checked at the dealership they said my outlet works fine . So I can't charge it when I'm driving.

I love it. It gives me the freedom to go out and about without having to wrestle a heavy tank. This is important to me because I also have heart issues and can't lift heavy things.

If I could give a zero star I would! My fiancé has Muscular Dystrophy and moved from NC to AZ and was told the day before he left to call the following Monday and they would pick up the old concentrator and put an order in for a new one sent to our new address, we just called and we’re told they don’t do that because it’s the client’s responsibility and would have to pay for it to be shipped. If we had know it had to be done that way, it could have flown free on his flight but no we have to pay cash for a weekly rental because their customer service for LIFE SAVING EQUIPMENT is atrocious! I am furious because you can’t have your CS reps say one thing and then after moving across country tell you that you have to move it. Well if you would have said that we would have. How can you take advantage of elderly and disabled people in such a way? Now we have to figure out how to rectify this situation without costing more money we do not currently have. Be warned before choosing to go with Inogen because they will give you unnecessary added stress. Also, we spoke with Rhonda this time and her supervisor who she supposedly spoke with and she was very rude!

I have been on Oxygen at night only between 2 - 3 years. I have been renting a machine and decided to get a quieter machine. The Inogen at home looks sleek, is so much lighter and so so much quieter. This is wonderful for both me and my husband. My sales person took really good care of me. It was a very good experience.
