InogenReviews of inogen.com

I dealt with Jeff who was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this portable oxygen system. It gives you freedom to leave the house.

I love my Inogen, I have adrenal deficiency which make me extremely weak, and have no energy. I also have severe back problems, which makes it difficult to carry regular oxygen tank, or the rolling oxygen tank. I’m extremely pleased with my Inogen. Even with all my heath problems it easy for me to carry alone when I need to go out. I also like that the batteries are rechargeable even traveling in the car. It the best choice for me.

I have had very good results of equality of life I am getting now but having the smallest portable tank. It's lightweight helps me move around better. The Inogen Company met all my needs and help me with the setup of the machine.

I own a G4 that I purchased when that model first came out, and I recently purchased a new G4. The old one keeps telling me “Service Soon,” but no one seems to know what kind of service it needs “soon.” My new G4 is flawless. I also own a G5, which I bought after Beta testing it. It sometimes overheats when I use and charge it at the same time at a setting of 3 or above. Like my first G4, the G5 was one of the earliest produced. I love these devices, even the ones with idiosyncrasies. They give a lot of freedom. While using the G5, I have the new G4 charging, and vice-versa. I no longer use the “service soon” G4. But I still love all three and give them the highest recommendation.

ALL IS GREAT!! PRETTY QUIET! SO, SO FAR VERY SATISFIED, WITH EQUIPMENT!

First sales rep wouldn’t return calls. I called one week ago. Oxygen is being sent from a center 30 minutes away yet I just today received my home concentrator damaged and my portable overheating before even charged. Now I am being told maybe I will get by Saturday, 8 days after I made first contact, or possibly Tuesday because of the Holiday. I have COPD and require this oxygen. So Inogen is literally shortening my life by not doing their job. Do not stuck with this company like I am.

I received the G4 in July and like it much more than the previous brand I had. The double battery I got was only charging to 92%. I called and customer service shipped a new one immediately. Easy fast efficient!

Got off to a slow start, 1st machine fail out of the box, but Inogen rushed a replacement fast. It’s way better than a tank!
