Got this for my grandma who is 93 and couldn't seem to handle changing from concentrator to portable bottles. Inogen made it so that she didn't have to change back and forth. It's portable style allows her to leave it on her walker so she can take it everywhere. Also it has allowed her to transition back from nursing home to her assisted living apartment. Customer service was excellent from the beginning answering every question we had.

Portable batteries arrived unwrapped contacts looking used. They discharge fast when unit turned off. Full charge at midnight, 10% in morning. I think I received demo batteries. Otherwise, both units perform as expected. Also, wish there was not an accessory bag for cords etc. like past units from other makers. Makes travel difficult.

The process of ordering and receiving my inogen was simple and quick. It only took 1-2 weeks from start to finish. The amount of freedom this has provided is amazing! Not having to plan for how many bottles of oxygen will be needed to go somewhere. Not having to lug them in and out of the car and making sure they don't over heat. I was able to go on an overnight with a group of friends. For the first time in 3 years I am free! My only complaint is that every time it bumps anything it shuts off. It doesn't take much of a bump but I can turn it right back on.

Changing "COUMNS" 9/13/23 became complicated due to apparent design change. Your Rep. #5 was a great help. Very courteous and professional.

Scott was very helpful on the phone and received it in only a few weeks. Wish it was not so heavy and more time from battery. But useful for short trips.

I have been with Inogen for over a year and was happy with the product and customer support. Don’t know what happened but things have changed. I ordered supplies and was told that I was overdue so they were sending me a complete set 50ft & 20ft tubing and connectors and granules. I never received it after a week I was told it never went out so they they would overnight it 5 days later no order. I have called multiple time and after explaining myself I as put on hold after waiting 10 to 15 minutes I would be switched to the survey recording THAT IS THE PHONE NUMBER I'VE BEEN CALLING 6 TIMES IN 1 DAY THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AND NEVER RETURN

The representative that came to my house was very informative in explaining how to use my equipment. Carla Laraway

I thought it would be quieter than it is. It clicks every 3 seconds or so, but not quietly.
