Product is terrific
Product is terrific. I was a little disappointed when I was billed for a subscription I didn’t know that I had (and wasn’t going to use) - but when I reached out (via email) to cancel the subscription, I had a response within 36 hours (on the weekend). I did not get a refund, but was offered a free gift. The customer service representative I worked with was pleasant and understood my frustration.

Got my infinity flows but straps were missing, customer service is resending with a gift for the inconvenience.
Got my infinity flows but no straps in September. I emailed customer service and after a few email exchanges due to high volume I was able to get my problem resolved. They are sending out new straps priority mail and a gift for my inconvenience. Excellent customer service!

Love the 80’s and encouragement!
Once I figured out how to keep the hoop moving, I loved it but daaaaaaaang! My legs are on fiiiiiiire!!! Loved the 80’s music and the encouragement to keep on moving!

I’m only giving it a 5 because of Rose
I’m only giving it a 5 because Rose, has been patient, understanding, and always went beyond. For about 4 months I have been trying to get a replacement on the waist trainer and it has been a nightmare getting it but beautiful Rose has kept in touch and letting me know every step that was happening. Someone really needs to give her a raise, or a higher position, she has handled this situation greatly and professionally. I at one point was ready just to send everything back and get my money back because of the headache. If you read this, thank you again Rose. I pray your journey brings you many blessings, and if this company doesn’t see your worth break out the peace sign and find someone who does. Anyone would be lucky and blessed to have them on your team!

I tried to cancel immediately after I…
I tried to cancel immediately after I received the message that my subscription had renewed. It took quite a while to get an answer and the answer was too bad no money back for something I’m not gonna use. Otherwise once I made contact, very helpful.

My Customer Care representative…
My Customer Care representative Kristine was so wonderful to work with. I ordered the incorrect size of the waist trimmer, and she helped me get the correct one. She was so kind, courteous and professional. She is an awesome representative of the company. If I have any future needs, I will want to work with her 100%. Thank you so much Kristine!!!

I forgot to cancel my VIP membership…
I forgot to cancel my VIP membership since I didn't really utilize the benefits and got charged again for it. I contacted customer service the day it posted to ask if I could cancel and be refunded. They were incredibly helpful in processing my request AND sent me a free Arm Hoop as a thank you for trying them out! I certainly wasn't expecting that. What a fantastic company!
