Dont be fooled..
I bought the infinity flow with the upgraded speeds, unfortunately an increase in cost doesn't mean increase in quality. In the video that advertises this product, the infinity flow the lady is holding looks like it's a pretty decent product, but when mine arrived it felt like the plastic was cheap and not of strong durable quality. The button that is in the video looks like a solid black button while the one that came on mine is a chrome copper colored piece of plastic that makes an annoying vibrating sound while it is in use. Not stoked about this purchase.

I sent notification to customer service…
I sent notification to customer service about an issue that I had with my account and they responded within 24 hours. I was very impressed. Not only did they make it right but they also offered to send me another product to make up for the problem. I have never received such attentiveness and exceptional customer service before. Very impressive team.🎉🥰

I had a small issue
I had a small issue and I contacted customer service and Rose got back to me. And answered my questions, fixed the issue immediately. I cannot thank you her enough for being so kind and helpful and getting things fixed so quickly. Thank you so much Rose, you made my experience the best!!
