Not the greatest
Hard to get going, weighted ball keeps getting stuck and stopping. One of the main reasons I bought was because it was supposed to be quiet.. it is not at all. Gonna keep going because I spent a bunch of money on all this but does not fulfill its promises so far.

Having troubles but probably user error
I haven’t figured out how to use the benifits. It’s hard for me to keep the hoop spinning

Great customer service & product.
I ordered the hoop and the ankle/wrist weights. The weights were not included in the box. I emailed customer service & received a prompt response. They asked for a picture of everything I received. So I sent one. Again, I promptly received a response apologizing and stating they will refund my money for the weights. The weights ended up being out of stock. Great customer service to rectify the situation. As far as the product, I really like it. It came on a rainy day, so perfect day to try it out. I didn’t immediately figure it out. I watched a couple YouTube videos, and then I had it down perfectly. I’ve been using it for a few days now, and it gets my heart rate up & is a great piece for my home gym to add variety - especially on rainy days and while watching tv. I recommend getting the waist band to go with it. It really helped keep my form correct & I wore the hoop comfortably. I like the idea of being able to see progress by taking off links.

The infinity hoop is great!
The infinity hoop is great. Easy to use, still a little loud but not too bad. I did have some issues getting all of my items but their customer service is exemplary, I am so pleased with how I was treated and how quickly the issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend using their products.

This hoop is amazing
This hoop is amazing! I received it on December 29, 2025. It took 3 days to really get the hang of it but once I did, all I can say is WOW! It is so much fun and I am already down 3 links and lost 5lbs so far! I have a hard time walking because I have bad feet but it isn’t hard to get 2 miles in with the hoop and my feet don’t hurt. I can actually get 3 miles in 35 mins. Definitely worth purchasing!

This is a piece of junk for a high price!
This does not work and the customer service is terrible. I can’t even get the thing going. There are very minimal directions in the box. I emailed and told them that I can’t get it going and they emailed back and said let me know if you need further directions. Well I would not have emailed if I did not need more directions. I had a cheaper version of this years ago that worked better than this one. When I asked for a refund, they only offered 30 percent and said I would have to pay for shipping! Not acceptable!
