My hoop arrived earlier than expected
My hoop arrived earlier than expected. So fun to do with music or just by itself. Love how there are workouts I can follow if I want. Definitely worth the money

Very honest review
I was genuinely excited to find a workout that would be fun and not take several hours or traveling to a specific location. Since the delivery of the hoop, I just feel scammed. All of the QR codes in the package were faulty and didn’t work. The hoop itself is just as loud as you’d expect. Not a total deal breaker if you don’t need to be quiet. The free trial of the premium? Never worked. And I was just charged, less than 28 days from delivery, $40 for the same broken feature. Tried to contact support via email and phone. No response yet. Probably the worst customer service experience to date, and I used to call insurance companies for a living. If your product doesn’t work as marketed, the least you can do is respond to support requests. I will continue to spam this company with honest reviews and emails and phone calls to support until I receive a refund.

Hey Lexi, We’re really sorry to hear how disappointing this experience has been, especially after being excited to get started. 💜 Issues with QR codes, access to the trial features, and unexpected charges are understandably frustrating, and we’re sorry you felt unsupported when trying to reach out for help. This is not the experience we want for our customers. Our team will be reaching out to you directly via email to review your account, check the access and billing concerns, and work toward resolving this for you. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to follow up. – The Infinity Hoop Team

Zero Customer Service, Reoccuring charges that were not authorized
I purchased a "special deal" bundle back in January. It was supposed to come with 3 extras. They didn't ship the item for 3 weeks, and then it took a week to arrive. There was a 1 month access to a special community, but before I even got the item my access "expired". I was annoyed but I didn't really care about the community anyways. Then a week later a get an email stating a payment had been processed for another month. I emailed the company and got no response. I had to report it to my credit card company to get them to stop charging me. I tried contacting them on FB and IG and got no response. They just kept deleting my comments. None of the bonus items were shipped to me. The hoop itself is way way louder than the one in all their promotional videos.

Hey Debby, We’re truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment this experience caused you. 💜 Delays in shipping, missing bonus items, and confusion around community access and billing are absolutely not the experience we want for our customers. We completely understand how upsetting it must have felt especially when you were trying to reach us through multiple channels and didn’t receive the response you expected. Your concerns about the subscription timing and the product noise are important, and we take feedback like this seriously. Our team will be reaching out to you directly via email to review your order, the bonus items, and the billing details so we can properly look into what happened and follow up with you. Thank you for sharing your experience and giving us the opportunity to address this. – The Infinity Hoop Team

This device is a game changer
This device is a game changer! I am so happy I found something that can be done from the comfort of my home and see real results. I started the 30 day challenge as soon as I received my hoop. On day 21, I was able to remove a link (2 inches!!). This is my real experience after trying different exercises and diets from home. The Infinity Hoop was the first thing actually work and I'm not done yet! I have made it a part of my daily routine and can't wait to see more progress. You will not regret purchasing the Infinity Hoop! The extra goodies like the sweatband, sweat cream, GLP-1 patches, and Detox Tea are all amazing too! 10/10 recommend!
