Update 3/6/26: while I did receive a request to provide my information to be contacted, I have NOT yet been contacted. Still have a lot of concerns about the community with its lack of support and the micro-bullying and clique-iness. The community lacks genuine, realistic support for those that are struggling. You get a lot of “well it works for me” instead of suggestions that can actually help. If your post includes anything other than a glowingly positive experience, you are accused of being too negative. Posts by members are condescending (“if you are not doing “xyz” you’re lazy! If it doesn’t work for you, you’re not trying hard enough”)

I absolutely LOVE my Infinity Hoop! The hoop itself is high quality! The community is so supportive and fun to be around part of and the workouts are amazing and energizing! The hoop is definitely worth getting!!

The Infinity Hoop has helped me feel better and look better, and the Skool community has been terrific with support, resources and motivation!

I just received my Infinity Hoop Tuesday February 17th. I am so excited to get my weight loss done. Today is my second day using the hoop. I will be doing the workout for 30 days to see how much weight loss I can lose

I’ve only been using the hoop for a week, but I do like it. It’s fun. Should it be your only form of exercise, no, but it’s a fun way to get your body moving. I’m already down 4 lbs (probably water way), so I’ll continue and see if I can truly reduce my waist size.

I'm 47 and haven't worked out in over 10 years. If I can do this, even with a torn rotator cuff, you can. It's been 3 days and I already feel better.

Edit: “we’re sorry you feel so strongly” is code for we don’t genuinely care how this made you feel, surprise surprise. If you guys ACTUALLY cared and were committed to transparency, you’d fix your website instead of half-a** placate people online. What do you think because you type a bunch of BS that you think sounds good that it somehow automatically cancels out the fact you STILL HIDE ALL NEGATIVE COMMENTS AND REVIEWS AND OPENLY STEAL MONEY FROM PEOPLE?? You guys are reaching so hard. I hope this company is shut down ASAP. AND SURPRISE SURPRISE NO ONE REACHED OUT !!! BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. THEY PURPOSELY DELETE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, AND THEY REFUSE REFUNDS AFTER AUTOMATICALLY SIGNING YOU UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION AT CHECKOUT UNLESS YOU BASICALLY HARASS THEM WITH NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THEIR REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE GET DELETED, THE REVIEW NUMBER NEVER INCREASES AFTER ADDING A REVIEW, YOU CANT ACCESS ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE, AND THEY BLATANTLY AND OPENLY LIE ABOUT THEIR TRUST PILOT RATING ON THEIR WEBSITE. COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY THAT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.
