I got the infinity hoop and infinity…
I got the infinity hoop and infinity flow..the infinity hoop is great, the infinity flow took a while to arrive and was also not what was pictured or makes as infinity flow. When I reached out to the company,they ensured me that it was the same product just a different manufacturer and gave me options I was happy with!

I got the infinity flow
I got the infinity flow. The lymphatic drainage device. I was sent one. But it wasn’t the one they show. When I asked about it I was told a few things. I was also offered a 30% refund or a full refund after sending it back. Well I actually do enjoy the product…. I was given one I could have gotten from Walmart for 15$. When I asked again why it’s different I haven’t heard anything back in a while now. It feels way too scammy and I’m debating if I need to escalate because again. I did not get what they showed.
So I did get a reply with still no actual reason as to why it is different. And no. There were not “6 levels”. There’s 3 in mine. My ticket was also closed when I didn’t reply after 12 hours with a promt asking me to review on trust pilot… I did a review on the product itself and it has been removed from the website. I would now assume any review under 4*s are removed quickly. And I do have screen shots of it being there. Now I get to wait to see if I get a further charge of a membership I know I opt out of when originally purchasing the product.

I experienced a delay in shipping and I reached out to Infinity support. The situation was resolved so quickly (within 24hrs) that I was truly amazed at the customer service in modern times where it seems like it doesn’t happen. I am normally skeptical about companies, but infinity hoop has sparked so much hope! The emails to motivate me about using the infinity hoop and the superb customer service is the start of a relationship I will continue.

I am completely disappointed with my experience with Infinity Hoop. There are issues all around with this company, and I highly regret making this purchase.
When my package arrived, it was missing crucial pieces and they sent the wrong size sweat belt. After fighting with their customer support, they refused to issue a full refund for their mistake and only offered a pathetic 30% partial refund.
To make it worse, they agreed to send a replacement sweat belt, but when it arrived, it was still the wrong size. Now, they are completely refusing to send the correct size or properly fix the issue. Their quality control is nonexistent, and their customer service is an absolute nightmare. They send defective, incomplete orders and then lock you out of a real solution. Save your money and buy from a reputable company instead.

I really like the products
I really like the products. I’m still trying to get the hoop going around without stopping, but it’s me not the product. There are great videos to help with that. I just need to practice more. But I like the products. Customer service is very responsive. It’s nice having a trustworthy company to deal with.
