Hospitable is a mixed bag. While they push the envelope to develop quickly and bring in much needed, and forward-thinking features, they have completely lost focus on optimizing what's already available. And their support is ridiculously slow. When it works well, it's great. But if something goes wrong, and something WILL go wrong at times, it will be the fight of your life to get help. Take that into consideration when deciding what company to use for the most important piece of software your hosting business needs. They do not have phone support, and human chat support typically takes 2 days! This issue caused my 20+ property portfolio to be shut down for two days, with live guests present, checking out, and checking in! I use to recommend Hospitable to others. Now, I can't wholeheartedly do so anymore.

I started using Hospitable when it was still SmartBnB. I've been fortunate to be able to grow my business alongside Hospitable. I love how new features are continually added, and so many of them give me tons of time back. I also greatly appreciate how so much time and effort is put into communicating with customers. I've worked places (in addition to my personal properties/business) that use other, more expensive options. To me, Hospitable is a far superior product and company.

good integration. I like being able to customize the automated messages. having a free plan is nice. You just have to leave the link in for the automated messages.

I’ve had a great experience with Hospitable overall. The platform is easy to set up and use, and I especially appreciate the automated messaging, AI integration, performance metrics, and calendar features. It has made managing my short-term rental much more streamlined and efficient. The one area I would like to see improved is customer support. Having access to a live customer service agent, even if only during normal business hours, would be a valuable addition when dealing with questions or issues that require more immediate assistance. Overall, Hospitable is a great platform with excellent features, and I would highly recommend it to other short-term rental hosts and property managers.
