HospitableReviews of hospitable.com

Hospitable is one of those rare software products that feels as though it was designed by people who genuinely understand the operational reality of short-term rentals. The interface is exceptionally well considered: powerful without becoming cumbersome, intuitive without sacrificing depth, and remarkably good at turning repetitive hosting work into something almost invisible. What has impressed me most, though, is the company behind the software. Our experience working with Hospitable’s product, integrations, and team has consistently been excellent. Questions are met with substantive answers rather than canned responses, the documentation is strong, and there is a noticeable willingness to engage seriously with unusual workflows and edge cases. There is also a level of coherence to the product that is surprisingly difficult to find in this industry. Messaging, reservations, automation, guest communication, and integrations feel like parts of the same system rather than features accumulated over time. Hospitable has become a platform I am genuinely comfortable building around and recommending. Excellent software, thoughtful execution, and a team that appears to care deeply about getting the details right.

I can see why this company has a 3.9 rating. Im surprised its that high. They have absolutely ZERO customer. Extremely bad ratings… they make it seem they are the best thing since sliced bread when they sign you up…. but even that was a struggle as they promised us a discount code and took over a week to get it because they never respond and have no support. They give you a 14-day free trial, but within those 14 days, when you encounter all of these issues, it takes them forever to get back to you. So the 14 days isn’t even close regarding having enough time to make sure this platform works. We just threatened to cancel just yesterday if they didnt fix something. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

I can't say enough good things about my meeting with Ash Weeks. (Customer Success Manager for Hospitable) She walked me through a wide range of Hospitable's tools and options for my direct booking site, and she was thorough the whole way. She didn't rush a single question. She was professional and kind, and her enthusiasm made the whole session a pleasure. It was obvious she cared about my site succeeding as much as I do, and that kind of investment in a customer is rare. I left feeling confident and excited about what's ahead. Thank you, Ash. You're a huge asset to the team! David

Horrific customer service and syncing issues. Also, their direct website is not great! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. There is much better technology and service out there.

I am a host who uses Hospitable. I find they are very knowledgable and helpful when I have questions or need assistance. I was able to fully set up my properties, automate messaging, and optimize pricing by booking calls with a few different customer success managers. IT has made themanagement of my short term rentals much easier and given me back a lot of my time.

It's a great PMS for our needs! Hospitable has been our best PMS since we started 10 years ago. We had 2 other ones tried before, and so far, no complaints.... and they are continuing to get better, The team is also incredible, it's almost impossible to compare to the other one we had before (Guesty) who was terrible and not answering most of the time.... Just a word : wow ! Brittany from User experience is awesome, very helpful and kind !

Our experience has been the absolute worst! they have ZERO customer service, they are only on the phone to sell you their system, and after you buy, no more support, no more human interaction. You're stuck with AI only, and when AI says they will transfer you to a live human, it all of a sudden dissapear and you're back to square one. They say they are a US based company, so why dont they have better support? We are looking for a better more helpful PMS system. THEY ARE THE WORST!

Tony was very helpful and it was easy to understand the changes he suggested. I really liked his ideas on improving my listing’s appeal and feel like they were far better than any I have previously been given.
