As long as you have no questions or complications you need help with, the integrated calendar works fine. You can not get a live agent, they do not provide that service apparently?!?! Unless you pay even more than the 4.9%. If a customer wants to add a pet fee after booking, you will get sent back and forth between the OTA and Hospitable with both claiming the other is responsible and the result is nobody will support this action. Turns out we are to ask the guest to send us money separately? If I was a guest this would been scammy on the part of the host. As a ghost paying for the support, it is unimaginable that this simple transaction has been disabled in both systems. F. FAIL.

Hi there, from what we can see in your support tickets, a guest brought a pet without telling you and refused to pay the pet fee. Unfortunately, there is a limited amount of control we can have over such a scenario. You sent a Vrbo alteration on Oct 9, adding 1 pet and a $58 charge. The guest never paid it, and Vrbo alterations automatically expire after 48 hours if the guest doesn't complete them. On Oct 11, the system voided it on its own with the reason "alteration expired." Since the stay already ended on Oct 9, you've got two paths depending on what you want: Still try to collect the $58: open the reservation in Hospitable, hit Send or request money → Request payment, and the guest gets a link to pay. This only works if they cooperate. Escalate the rule violation with Vrbo: file a damage/incident claim through the Vrbo extranet citing your no-pet / pet-fee house rule. That's Vrbo's process for unpaid fees after checkout, and it lives on their side, not ours.
