Every review you are reading about this entity is true. I have had to deal with them twice. Utter incompetence. Demanded that I provide W-2's from my employer. I explained that there were no W-2's. My business partner and I were owner/operators of our company. We didn't pay ourselves regularly. As money grew, we might take a draw every couple of years. We filed our taxes with a K-1 form as owners. They insisted on the W-2's. I told them that they did not exist. We were K-1 owners who did not give ourselves paychecks. They insisted on the W-2's. After many days and numerous calls (including supervisors), I sent a detailed explanation as to what a K-1 is and had to get my new employer involved. Just hope you never have to deal with them. This second time with them is just as bad.

IN ONE DAY TRANSFER OVER 9 TIME WAS GIVING 6 DIFFERENT NUMBER WHEN CALLING GO TO VOICE MAIL NO ANSWER OR RETURN CALL TRY TO BILL ME FOR WHAT HAVE BEEN PAID? AND WON'T FIX IT I'M SURPRISED BIG COMPANIES USE THEM FOR BACKGROUND CHECKS WHAT A SHAME. HIRERIGHT GET A F- TODAY

The absolute worst! Submitted documents 10/18. Nothing until 11/06 and they need more information. I feel this is making me look bad because the required information was sent weeks ago. Will my employer think it is me that is delaying the process? Contacted customer service, they said the form that I needed to submit must be completed in full or it will be rejected. However, the customer service rep could not help me complete the form! I was told by the rep to submit the form, even with the missing information. I am sure I will be back here in another 2-3 weeks trying to submit the form again.

I’m quite impressed that my checks were completed within 9 business days and accurate feedback was provided to my new employer.

I have been waiting since 10/04/2024 for my check to be completed. I had to reach out and request an update and that is when the agent I spoke with decided to escalate the matter. I’m not confident they will get it done in the time period they gave me which is 48 business hours since I was the one who had to initiate the request. Major companies use this organization and they should not be trusted. I’ve already had my starting date pushed back once and I’m not confident they will get the review completed by my next starting date. It’s impossible to get a hold of them and to login and review my background check consists of me having to reset my password every single time. I hope I never have to experience this lackluster company again.

The score on this page says it all. What more can I add. This is an ongoing issue, I am three weeks in and still waiting for a background check to finish. I supplied the same documents as the ones I supplied when I was applying for citizenship. But for these people is not enough. They asked me for an address in another country that I haven't lived in for 13 years! This is the level of understanding of this company that resembles a circus. I am now almost at the verge of resigning from the process and I would like them to see what they will explain to their customer. I was selected after a rigorous process that included lots of interviews and more than 200 candidates. And they are asking for irrelevant stuff, thus delaying my hiring. What else can I say.

This company is pathetic with poor customer service. It's impossible to get a call—no one reaches out via phone, text, or email. You have to constantly check the platform yourself to see if there are any updates. They ask for repetitive documents, and it feels like you're doing their job for them.
