I have had a great experience using Hireright for my background/RTW checks. Very swift action even with a bank holiday in between.

I completed the online form and uploaded the documents last Thursday. Surprisingly, I Iogged in today (3 business days) and the report says passed. I reached out to the recruiter and he confirmed it. I am amazed because I had come here to read the reviews and thought my experience was going to be awful as well. I live in Europe and they checked my history including that from my country. Hopefully, my contract would be ready in few days. Thank you HireRight for doing a wonderful job!

Always found them to be reliable, responsive and on time. Not the most expensive by a long shot either.

Did not face any problem. I will be joining my new company on Monday.

Unfortunately they won't accept a older paystub. But I don't fault them they're doing their job. Hopefully the job will still hire me despite them not getting a recent paystub.

I have to say I was worried when I read the reviews on here regarding HireRight as I have just accepted a role with Barclays. The process was very smooth, yes they requested information from me as i've been self employed for the past 12 years but I supplied what was asked for and within a couple of days I passed the screening process. I found that using the live help facility was more useful than speaking to someone on the phone. Don't let these reviews put you off.

I have never heard of hire right before but when the company I applied for said my checks will be done by hire right I decided to read up reviews and it was so depressing. But hire right finished my checks in 2 weeks without any stress. I always went on the portal to check if they needed any document and any document I couldn’t provide I told them via live chat. Their customer service is fast and very helpful too
