Received my first box and it was disappointing. Good quality glass but the rest of the box was just filler crap. Definitely will not order from them again

When purchasing almost 2 months ago I had selected a one-time box and I got charged for the next month and I expected a simple fix but now the company is saying that was never an option and I signed up for a subscription box when I had purposefully went to find one that wasn't recurring. whether they changed the option or it was poorly worded in the first place I know one thing is true: this company doesn't care and just wants your money. I had the friend that referred me get extremely embarrassed once I told her what happened to me and less than a week later she got charged by hemper yet she only made one purchase (she said 5 years ago) so how do you explain that? And neither of us are getting a refund. I'm pretty sure you don't have a 5 year box and I know She sure as hell didn't sign up for it. She told me she got a one-time box (just like I did) So if you're still wanting to purchase after that all I can say is cancel your debt card after you get the box you want because they will keep charging you and activating your subscription- I've now taken screenshots so if they try to reactive it I'll know but again my friends got reactivated and she had no way to prove it so I feel like that says enough btw zero stars if I could. There's way more honest subscription boxes that make their own money they don't need to loop you into a contract in order to keep afloat

I remember now why I stopped using hemper. Let me say first- I gave 2 stars because the product is great, but the time it takes for them to even send the box is rediculous.. this time I purchased an extra banger as well as the box. But for some reason, we are coming to the end of September, they haven't even shipped the box or my banger. By time I'm supposed to be ordering Octobers box I still won't have my September box.. I thought if I waited a whole year to get hemper again things would be better.. but this is not looking good.. sad part is they have good product... Just horrible service...

It took 3 days for a customer service rep to get back in touch with me and even then it was just a generic message saying that they are looking into it...Still never got help from them at all...glad it showed up

I feel like my questions were not really answered as I still have no idea when my box which I ordered 2 weeks ago will actually ship out

This happened well over a month ago and I’m still getting emails for it. My initial contact was when I first received the august box and I noticed that it was the space jams bong from July’s box of the month. When I sent my email I gave all the information and waited a week to a week and a half for a response. When I never got one my boyfriend reached out to the hemper Instagram page and got a response immediately.
