Thanks for great customer service. They got back to me after I reached out about a problem that occurred and got the problem resolved soundly.

Ive been waiting for a part of my order for over a month. Ive reached out to costumer support twice and still nothing. Have only been told to "wait til friday and message if i havent recieved a shipment notification". Well I HAVENT. And ive been saying this. So frustrated.

I got my box which I even paid the insurance on it, the first bong was defective it had a hole, they sent me a new one and that one was broken I emailed them and I didn’t get a response I even emailed them a 2nd time and didn’t get back to me…

I was charged for a subscription box with no way to manage my account and cancel. I reached out to customer service and received a canned response that left me with no resolution. My response was prompt and here I wait 12 days later without reply since I was billed. Stumbling around the site I figured out how to solve my issue and stop future charges but my initial problem is still unresolved. Hemper discourages any additional contact and to only use a single resolution channel.

I'm not sure what I was doing and ended up having 3 accounts open at the same time. They weeded tthrough the mess and gfigured it out so I wasnt getting 3 of the same objects

They were quick, understanding and got me my proper products quickly. Much love.

My household will never purchase another item through this website. The customer service is vague and not helpful not to mention it takes over a week for a email generated response. The product was broken and the time before that half the order was missed. I gave you another shot and will never make the same mistake again

Been asking them to cancel a order for a week still no reply and they ship it anyway!!! No customer support they have a old card on file that I had to report stolen and they somehow charged my new current card when it's not even on my profile!!!! Freaking ridiculous I'm disputing this crap and I better get my money back
