bong sold out after purchasing n didn’t get updates.. until I contacted Sandi. I’ve seen good things said abt her n they’re all true. she listened, understood, n took care of it immediately. refund was given n i get another for free, she was an angel. I have had the worst past few months when it came to weed companies, but the amazing customer service from hemper really saved me. absolutely believe everything the mfs here are saying abt Sandi bc she is holding this whole business up with kind arms.

Great product just policy lies about what time you will receive it says 5 to 7 I'm on day 12 says I won't get till 15 days so fix that

Only reason for 4 stars is the product I ordered was not in stock. Outside of that, the timeliness of customer support reaching out was fantastic. I was also given multiple options to make up for the situation. Great customer service and great products. Keep up the good work!
