If I can put no stars then I would. I got charged $50 for a hemp box that I didn’t want, I sent out the cancellation notice before it got shipped out. They still shipped it they said but I never received it. I’ve been bugging about getting my money back. I never received the box. I just want my money back. I don’t want the subscription or anything from this account. I’m very upset. I’m pregnant with no job, I can’t afford to be spending $50 right now. Can I get a refund. I have no money and no box, make it make sense???

Received a few broken items which never happens. They have been handling the situation very well

This company does not reply to emails hardly at all. I sent numerous emails over a period of a few weeks with no reply requesting they substitute a different box for the Oct box. I received no reply until after my final message saying that I noticed my order shipped and hope it was the right box. I again reached out after receiving the box and only then did I receive a reply stating that I would need to pay for return shipping if wanting to return it. I'll be getting my last box and then cancelling, as this company has awful and LACKING customer service!!

Hemper is more concerned with "selling new boxes" than making sure their monthly subscriptions are sent out. Horrible customer service, too!

Hello and good afternoon, Being completely honest, this was my first purchase from you. The items were delivered / shipped back to you guys, and I still have not received them. Coming from a customer service / call center background, it would've been greatly appreciated if at least overnight / 1 day or even 2 day shipping was offered by you guys. So no, not completely satisfied, and not to "Karen" out, but Annette replied in a prompt manner: 8 out 10. Overall experience (so far): 5 out of 10 (lets see when the items get here, if they do!) 20 days later and still has not been prepared. Purchased on oct-7.. Its Oct 26. And nothing. Wanted to show it off for Halloween but there goes that. CeCe from Custumer service was of no help either.

I tried to cancel right after it ordered in the middle of the night witch it said I could cus I did it in the right amount of time and they waited to tell me I couldn’t cancel when it shipped😐

I ordered 1 ounce of Green Dream CBD Flowers and received 1/8 ounce of Green Dream. I sent numerous emails with photos of what I received and left voice messages to no avail. Very Poor Customer Service! Still have not received a phone call, but received an email a month later asking how my experience was, after asking for help from the Better Business Bureau! Would like a REFUND! Was very happy with my 1st purchase of a vaporizer, lost a satisfied customer on my second purchase. I would like a refund for what I did not receive.
