I really love their pieces!! I ordered a piece from them and the shipping was pretty fast. Their customer service team is quick and very nice as well!! The piece itself was beautiful, well packaged, and sturdy. Smokes really smooth as well. 10/10 recommend Hemper!!

I had trouble applying a discount code I received in an email but it was fixed ASAP for me. I specifically wanted to use this discount because I am from the UK and it’s expensive but I had wanted the UFO box for a while now. I managed to save some money and purchase it. Anyway, the discount code did not work and my first port of call was to email them to ask if there was anything they could do to help me. They replied within good time and let me know that they could refund the discount amount back to me. Very very pleased with the service, I have now told my mates who want to invest in proper bongs/rigs about these guys. The boxes are so convenient, giving you a range of items to use and it gives you the opportunity to try new things. Absolutely love these guys, will be purchasing everything I need from here.
