My experience with Hemper was awesome! It did take a while to get to me, it arrived without incident. Everything I ordered was there, and it was packed so that nothing was damaged during shipping. I can honestly say, packaging is everything when it’s traveling a long way. So I’d like to say Thank You to the team at Hemper for making my buying experience a pleasant one! First if i could rate this company as a ZERO i would. I have gone through twitter and emailing as a means of contact, so far i have received no response. I purchased my wish box on the 8th of January, its been the 15 days maximum they suggested on waiting and even now i've seen no updates and i have gotten no contacts, its strange how there isnt a phone number to call either. They are scammers!

Edit- today January 22nd I recieved update that they are having delays due to covid altercations. I am waiting on a response now for a new eta. Original :Really excited about products and would be happy to change my review if I could get a response through email. Was told I’d get an updated tracking and haven’t, I have reached out on multiple platforms and no one from the company has reached back out. Frustrating since I’ve been wanting to try there products and finally pulled trigger and now can’t get in contact with anyone.

Never got the Jack the Ripper piece I ordered along with the wraps

I made an order on dec 23 and I never got a confirmation email. I contacted helper support and they took days to respond saying that there was an error in their system. Since it had been so long I no longer needed some things and wanted to cancel. They’re still taking too long to respond and will not give me a refund. I spent $352 and got nothing. They won’t respond after me reaching out countless of times.

Do not trust this company and it’s your money. They are much more concerned with making you so stupid human tricks. When they do respond to you emails It will Me one day to late with an article that has duck all to help THEM resolve the problem just waist your time. I suggest any other online head shop. Ore even better shop local and to hell with the online companies with NO customer service, just “Articles “
