My experience with Hemper has not been ideal. I have bought a few pieces and am very upset because they didn’t work, for example I bout the flower bong and the first one I got worked awesome and I’m glad it was a gift for a friend. I liked the bong so much I ordered another and it did not work well the percolator would clog up and it broke accidentally so because I liked it I ordered another the next one I got didn’t work right either. Another that I bought the percolator sat to high and you had to put to much water in it so you take a drink with every hit I have given up on bongs from Hemper also the freeze bongs are not practice the one I bought you suck water with every hit they really suck I do have 2 bongs out of 8 that work properly the rest are trash because you can’t return anything to Hemper they have a no return policy but the will give you a small discount on your next order, but that doesn’t help me needless to say I won’t be buying anymore bongs from Hemper until they get a return policy on bongs

I don't want to go, but at this time I must. I will be back, enjoyed the fact that each box has been different and refreshing. Was told a replacement would be shipped out, to date I have gotten no tracking info or package for ot

As the title states Hemper.co is a solid company all the way around. I've ordered from these guys multiple times now & have only had one mishap in the time span of a year. I placed two orders on 1/23/22 one after another & received the first order within a few days, the second one was the mishap. I'm not sure on who's end it was but, the items I ordered happened to be out of stock but still went through. After 4-5 days of nothing in the mail & no tracking updates I contacted them via email to resolve this. I was informed on what happened exactly & Hemper then proceeded to ask if i would like a replacement or refund. I stated that replacements were totally fine & I know have what I wanted and some on the way for free! Like the title states they're great, the people are awesome, fast responses. No complaints here.

This is a fraudulent brand who does not fulfill paid orders, meanwhile continuing an aggressive, and very active marketing presence. Customers should turn away FAST. I know the glass is cute, but your package will never arrive. Hemper.co is a scam, I am pretty shocked they're in business despite harming so many customers.

Fast and helpful

Well I ordered on January 5th 2022, and the order has still yet to ship. Multiple emails to and from Hemper have garnered no assistance besides the company saying it would take 15 to 20 business days to ship (it's now over that with no results), even though originally it was supposed to be about 1 week. Save your time and money.

I never received my package. I was told to wait 3-5 business days (which I did) and my package never left Las Vegas. I ordered my package January 10th. Got some emails about how I liked my package, but I couldn’t answer them because I didn’t receive it. Took a while for you guys to answer me back but it didn’t take long for you guys to cancel my order. Very displeased with the system. I understand you are short staffed and busy, but better communication helps customers believe their stuff will make it to their front door. I really didn’t talk to anyone about my order either, I just received 4 of the same automated emails within 2 days.
