my package had multiple issues, but the team was there and quick to help me! everything went well aside from a problem on the shipping companies side causing my order to have to be redone.

This has made the 2nd time I have purchased stuff from Hemper, I am very satisfied with both of my purchases they were both shipped in a timely matter and the merchandise is always great, durable, and last long. They also have best best prices on glass pieces.

Honestly, ive had packages be sent to the wrong location, but this is a whole other level. It has been 1 whole week since ive ordered and my package has yet to ship. The glycerin pipe i ordered was a good deal, but had i known id be waiting 2+ weeks for shipping id have probably gone to another site I've used previously. This is the longest I've waited for UPS to RECIEVE my package. I understand they are swamped with Bogo special box orders atm, but the wait is pretty ridiculous, especially considering i paid for the shipping. Im sure the guys at Hemper are better than this, and I'd love to be proven such. I have yet to receive my pipe. I reviewed this because they sent me an email asking me to.

Placed order and shipments started coming in from their third party suppliers. One of their suppliers has sent partial order but states they sent everything. I have sent multiple emails and messaged in their help chat window on their website. I get automated messages they will respond usually in a few minutes but nothing. Also get automated emails but no real responses from a real person. Buyers Beware. You are taking a gamble on getting what you ordered and bigger gamble on getting any one at Hemper to help you. I will have to call my credit card company now to start a charge back. Ridiculous !!!

I had ordered an 18mm ash catcher and had received a 14mm ash catcher and didn’t come with an order paper saying what I had received.

I didn’t get everything that was shown in my boxes. I’m missing the dab tool and dab bowl piece. I even got the wrong bong out the cosmic box but it’s fine I just want the dab accessories. If I have to pay for them it’s totally fine I don’t want them I’ve been through enough

You guys never sent out my package nor did I receive ANY kind of message saying it was delayed or not sent out and you guys said it got lost in the mail when they have no scans of my said package. Truly upset me because this was my first time buying from you and I was really excited for the bogo sale I bought from and even told my friends to buy from you. All I wanted was my boxes

I would have giving a 5 star rating but my shipment was only partial and they closed it out like it all came. Due i emailed them and Alex,a representative, got back to me via email. I finaly received my Hemper Box I was missing and just loved it. So thank you again for making it Right!!
