Order placed: 02/19/2022 date of writing: 3/28/2022 Only update to my tracking so far was the shipping label, contacted support on 3 occasions the first time they said they said to wait a little longer for it to ship. No label at that time was on the tracking info contacted them again and they said 2-4 business days about 2 weeks ago and still no update to tracking. bad company if you want things on time. Customer support isn't looking at my emails anymore, haven't been able to contact them at all through any means to assist with this problem.

Havent recieved my subscription box after a month of "updates", saying its coming, dont worry, its only one state away.... it has been "ready to ship" sitting in a warehouse for about two weeks now. "we have a large amount of orders every month" was the response. Pretty sure this website is just a scam and I wasted my $40. Oh well, at least the subscription box looked kinda cool online. :/

The order was little late , but Elizabeth was very nice and helpful, thank you so much, looking forward to shop again.

I love my boxes every 3 months I look forward to the new glass. It takes out the shopping around for glass since glass is my favorite way to participate

Thank you very much for reaching out to me and giving me options to choose from and since you said I could switch my box out I would rather have the duck box it's awesome I think and sometimes I'm inpatient and that's why I emailed you asking why my order hadn't shipped yet after a week I wasn't taking in consideration that no matter how many people you have working for you your still having to keep up with everyone in the world cause you're not just nation wide but thank you again

Always having issues with shipping

I received my entire Hemper box with all ordered items. Their products are really top notch. Sandi was helpful with expediting my order in a timely fashion. She really came thru for me. Thanks Sandi

Paid twice for the month subscription , product never came but I got the last months piece but only a couple wraps and not even any items that are suppose to come with it.
