I like their products, but not the anxiety of waiting for all of the various issues with my orders to be fixed. You can't directly contact hemper, all you get is a default cookie cutter email until they decide to respond. The first time it took 3 weeks to recieve my order, now this time, my glass came broken, and am trying to get it replaced. Which is an uncertain process, a lot of hoping that they get back to you.

I never received anything. Took my money/ order but never did it ship. I complained to customer service who said they would make sure to forward the info for shipping. Never again. Finally got my money back after 3-4 weeks. Ridiculous. Should be 0 stars. Not even mentioning about 3 years ago I received a dry herb vape pen that showed up with an extra “very used” one. What the? Used it for parts. Another pos.

Helped solve a problem with delivery fast and efficient

I paid 47 dollars for the monthly box then it too forever then it said it was delivered but wasn’t I ordered April 1 and my info is correct I checked multiple times

I have no update on the item. I bought it weeks ago I have no clue where it is route is supposed to update me it says waiting for eta. Wasn’t even sure if it had been bought because if I go to the website to check on it it still shows the item in my cart. I’m hoping it’s just being built still or something but I had no idea the wait time would be so long because it’s supposed to be a gift. If it magically shows up this week I’ll leave a better review it’s just annoying I downloaded this app and can’t even get an eta lol. Not sure why it’s asking for a review if my item hasn’t even shipped yet so hopefully maybe it did..? I just hope the item is worth the wait. I did send an email and got a very short answer days later that said they “recent the email” (guessing they meant re-sent) but it doesn’t seem to have helped.

I ordered 1 box and never got it. Then I was charged a subscription price for another box even though i didn’t want a subscription. I usually get a daily high club box . I will never get anything from hemper ever again !

Great service, I realized there was one wrong digit in the delivery address and sent an email and help arrived, promptly! My problem was handled, and my package arrive as scheduled. Thank you
