Not to mention they use false advertising all the time to scam and mislead you, but when you purchase the package protection plan on their site, regardless of how your package arrives they will not assist in ANY way. My items arrived damaged, 2 items missing, they told me they’re “not responsible for the accuracy of the items advertised on their site and through promotional emails” Telling me they’re unwilling to replace the broken items, unwilling to send me the missing items from the box, and unwilling to issue me a refund, even though I paid EXTRA for package protection. This site is a SCAM!! They reserve the right to ship you virtually anything regardless of what you actually paid for, and do NOT pay for package protection if you’re still thinking of purchasing from this scam site. You will lose your money, receive a pile of broken trash with missing items, and they’ll tell you too bad no refunds no returns, and if they miss an item they’re “not responsible for the accuracy of the ads or descriptions of the boxes”. DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!

I wasn’t aware I was being billed for a second box as I hadn’t officially signed up on Hemper. I emailed and Elizabeth had the problem solved within 10 minutes and two messages for me. Excellent assistance. Gives me peace of mind when deciding on where to purchase next time.
