I received an answer but no solutions

I purchased a Kandypen and it never worked. It won’t charge. I contacted Hemper client services for an new one and Hemper tells me to contact the vendor, Kandypens? I bought it from Hemper and it never worked. Isn’t this Hemper’s responsibility? You can have your worthless customer service and junk pen. I’ll just go with one of the 100 others.

poor customer support

Couldn't be bothered to ship the product I purchased for days, still hasn't been shipped 3 days later. If you're not going to put in the effort for your customers than I wont shop here again. If I could cancel my order I would. If you like slow shipping use this website.

Fast and friendly customer service. I had some questions about my order and the service representative answers it all no problem.

If they mess up they try to make right for you. Usually some extra love thrown in packs.
